01
Ecommerce Growth
Ecommerce growth is not simply a media-buying problem. Fenix evaluates traffic, creative, product positioning, website conversion, AOV, gross margin, checkout behavior, customer acquisition cost, product mix, retention and measurement together.
A store can increase sales while becoming less profitable. A lower platform ROAS can also produce a better business outcome when the additional spend creates enough incremental customers and contribution. The economics decide which interpretation is correct.
02
Paid Customer Acquisition
Google and Meta solve different parts of the customer journey. Search can capture existing commercial intent. Paid social can create or expand demand. Retargeting can move a known visitor closer to purchase.
The useful question is not which platform can claim the highest number. It is what each channel contributes to the acquisition system and what happens to customer economics as budget increases.
03
Conversion Rate Optimization
Conversion rate tells you how many visitors converted. It does not tell you why the others did not. The failure can be traffic quality, message match, product presentation, trust, price, mobile UX, shipping, cart, checkout, payment failure, offer strength or measurement.
Fenix diagnoses the first meaningful stage where qualified intent disappears before changing the site. The objective is not random CRO activity. It is knowing why a change should improve the business and whether it actually did.
04
Marketing Economics
ROAS is useful, but it is not profit. The amount a company can afford to spend on customer acquisition depends on AOV, gross margin, discounts, fulfillment, variable costs, customer value and the amount of contribution the business needs to retain.
Those economics determine acceptable CPA and ROAS before a campaign scales. They also determine whether a lower ROAS at greater volume is actually better or worse for the business.
05
Lead Generation
Cost per lead is only the first step in lead-generation economics. A lead still has to be valid, qualified, contacted, booked, shown, converted into an opportunity and ultimately closed.
Where systems allow it, Fenix connects advertising to CRM and sales outcomes so channel decisions can be based on lead quality and revenue rather than form submissions alone.

YouTube & Audience Growth
YouTube has been part of Fenix's work across channel strategy, content planning, thumbnails, titles, retention, Shorts, paid distribution, video editing, brand deals and audience growth.
The work connects content, distribution and audience development back to the broader commercial system rather than treating video views as the final business outcome.
