The person behind the system.
Nenad Vasic
Nenad Vasic is the Founder and CEO of Fenix Network Media, a Dubai-based performance marketing company working with businesses across the United States, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, the United Kingdom and Europe.
His approach to marketing starts with the business, not the advertising platform. Before increasing spend, the numbers need to make sense, customer acquisition cost, gross margin, conversion rate, lifetime value, sales efficiency, attribution and profitability all influence how a campaign should be built and how far it can realistically scale.
Over the years, Nenad has worked across hundreds of companies and more than 1,000 B2B and B2C niches, including ecommerce, SaaS, healthcare, financial services, real estate and professional services. That range of experience has reinforced one principle: there is no universal marketing playbook, the strategy has to fit the economics, customer and buying process of the business.
Marketing starts before the ad goes live.
A large part of performance marketing happens before a campaign ever launches. Before scaling spend, these are the questions that matter:
- What does the business make on an order?
- What does it make after product cost, fulfillment, discounts and advertising?
- How much can it afford to spend to acquire a new customer?
- How quickly does that customer pay back?
- What happens after the lead is generated?
- What objections stop someone from purchasing?
- What does the sales team see that the advertising team does not?
Those questions matter because a campaign can show a strong ROAS and still be a poor business decision. The opposite can also be true: a campaign with a lower platform ROAS can sometimes create more total profit if it reaches more new customers, improves contribution margin and creates valuable repeat business. That is why Fenix does not separate advertising from the rest of the business, the ad, landing page, offer, tracking, follow-up, sales process and customer economics all affect the same outcome.
Different markets. Different buying behavior.
Fenix works with businesses across the United States, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, United Kingdom and Europe. The fundamentals of acquisition remain consistent, but customer behavior does not, pricing expectations, purchasing power, competition, search behavior, sales cycles, trust signals, language and creative response can change significantly between markets. The strategy therefore cannot simply be copied from one country to another. The market has to be understood first, then the system is built around it.
Writing about the numbers behind growth.
Nenad's published work focuses on areas that are often misunderstood in performance marketing: profitability, customer acquisition economics, ROAS, ROI and search intent. Rather than treating advertising performance as a collection of platform metrics, the books focus on how those metrics connect back to margin, customer value and real business outcomes.

Helping big dreamers push past limits.
More than managing ad accounts.
Fenix was not built to become a company that simply launches campaigns, sends reports and moves to the next month. The strongest client relationships usually begin when the conversation moves beyond advertising.
- Why are customers buying, and why are others leaving?
- Where is margin being lost?
- Why are qualified leads not closing?
- Which products should receive more budget?
- Where does the customer journey break?
- What should happen after the first purchase?
Those are business questions first and marketing questions second. That is where Fenix does its best work: understand the business, build the acquisition system around it, measure what matters, keep improving it.
Routine matters.
Outside of Fenix, fitness and nutrition are a consistent part of Nenad's life, not because of a belief in perfect routines or complicated productivity systems, but because consistency makes everything else easier. Training teaches you quickly that one great workout means very little, the result comes from showing up repeatedly, doing the fundamentals properly and making small improvements over time.
Business is not very different. There are periods when growth is fast and periods when progress is slower. The important part is maintaining the discipline to keep looking at the numbers, correcting mistakes and improving the system without constantly changing direction. And when work is finished, there is a good chance cars are involved.

Yes. The written testimonials on this page are unedited and attributed to real, named clients. Our independent Trustpilot rating is linked directly above, you can read every review there yourself, not just the ones we chose to feature.
Our results page shows real, screenshotted dashboards from real client accounts, not mockups. If a claim on this site can't be backed by a number we can show you, we don't make it.
We'll tell you directly. Fit matters more to us than filling a call calendar, and we'd rather say so upfront than take on work we can't move the needle on.
If you're looking for someone to simply manage an advertising account, we may not be the right fit.
